1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once Gentleway Alpine Luxury Taxi has confirmed the transfer in writing by email, WhatsApp or SMS.

2. Payment

Payment can be made by secure payment link, bank transfer, credit card, debit card, SumUp, TWINT, Revolut where available, or cash.

For airport transfers, Gentleway Alpine Luxury Taxi generally sends a secure payment link before the transfer. Payment in advance may be required to secure the booking.

For local transfers or regular clients, payment may be arranged directly with the chauffeur, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be charged up to 50% of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, as well as no-shows, may be charged up to 100% of the total booking amount.

4. Flight Delays

For airport arrivals, flights are monitored whenever the flight number is provided. In case of flight delay, the chauffeur will adjust the pick-up time accordingly whenever possible.

5. Waiting Time

For airport arrivals, up to 60 minutes of waiting time after landing is included.

For all other pick-ups, 15 minutes of waiting time is included.

Additional waiting time may be charged at CHF 90 per hour.

6. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. Gentleway Alpine Luxury Taxi cannot be held responsible for items left in the vehicle.

7. Weather and Road Conditions

Gentleway Alpine Luxury Taxi will always do its best to provide a safe and punctual service. However, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Passenger Conduct

Gentleway Alpine Luxury Taxi reserves the right to refuse or stop a service in case of unsafe, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour by passengers.

9. Liability

Gentleway Alpine Luxury Taxi is committed to providing a safe, reliable and professional service. Liability is limited to the applicable Swiss legal requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
